No Mayo Cowgirl Dressing

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • ½ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the oil and whisk to combine.
  • Add the lime juice, gently whisk to combine, and then add the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir to incorporate. 
  • Add the cilantro, stir, and season to taste with a black pepper and salt if needed.
