Prosciutto and Arugula Grilled Pizza

Ingredients
2
pieces of Naan bread
1
tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
1
small garlic clove, minced
6
slices of prosciutto, divided
1/4
cup
Parmesan Reggiano, finely shredded, divided
1
cup
arugula
Instructions
Preheat grill to 400-degrees F.
Combine the extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Brush the olive oil and garlic mixture on each piece of Naan bread.
Place 3 slices of prosciutto on each piece of Naan.
Top each piece of Naan with half of the finely shredded Parmesan Reggiano cheese.
Place Naan on grill and grill until the Parmesan Reggiano cheese begins to melt, about 3-4 minutes and bottom of Naan has grill marks.
Remove from grill and top each piece of Naan with ½ cup of arugula. If desired, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
Optional for serving: Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
