Prosciutto and Arugula Grilled Pizza

Servings 2 pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Naan bread
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 6 slices of prosciutto, divided
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Reggiano, finely shredded, divided
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 400-degrees F.
  • Combine the extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Brush the olive oil and garlic mixture on each piece of Naan bread.
  • Place 3 slices of prosciutto on each piece of Naan.
  • Top each piece of Naan with half of the finely shredded Parmesan Reggiano cheese.
  • Place Naan on grill and grill until the Parmesan Reggiano cheese begins to melt, about 3-4 minutes and bottom of Naan has grill marks.
  • Remove from grill and top each piece of Naan with ½ cup of arugula. If desired, drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
Optional for serving: Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
