Pasta Salad Ingredients

spaghetti, cooked al dente and cooled

cherry tomatoes, halved

English cucumber, seeded and thinly sliced

red onion, thinly sliced

sliced pitted kalamata olives, chopped

feta cheese crumbled, more to taste

fresh parsley

fresh basil, chopped
Vinaigrette Dressing

olive oil

cup
red wine vinegar

small garlic clove, minced

tsp
oregano
1
tsp
honey
Garnish
Fresh basil leaves
Feta cheese
Extra kalamata olives
Instructions
Add all the pasta salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix well.
Pour dressing over the pasta salad ingredients, toss well, and garnish with additional fresh basil, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
