Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon rinsed thoroughly, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled, finely chopped
  • 1 large banana frozen or fresh
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric
  • ¾ cup almond milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions

  • Combine lemon, ginger, banana, turmeric, and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy! For a thinner consistency, add more milk.
