Using a large cutting board or serving tray, place a smaller bowl in the center.
Evenly spread the hummus around the smaller bowl, working your way to the outside to create a large circle.
In a small bowl, combine the finely chopped parsley and dill. Using a spoon, sprinkle the hummus evenly with the mixture to great the greenery.
Sprinkle the top of the herbs with the desired amount of crumbled feta cheese and place halved grape tomatoes to decorate the “wreath”.
For the final touch, using a vegetable peeler, make long slices on the outside of the English cucumber. Using about three ribbon slices, create a layered ribbon and a couple of dovetailed strips as the ribbon streamer. In the center, place one half of a grape tomato and trim as needed to fit.
