Pre heat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut cauliflower into 1-1/2 inch pieces and place in a large bowl.
In a mixng bowl, add the 2 eggs and whisk until ligtly beaten.
Add the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. The mixture will resemble pancake batter.
Pour the mixture over the cut cauliglower making sure each piece is coated.
Arrange the coated pieces of cauliflower in a single layer on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until pieces are a little crispy and golden brown on the edges. Turn the baking sheet after 15 minutes. Be careful not to let the pieces burn!
Remove cauliflower from the oven and place pieces back in a large bowl.
Pour Frank's Red Hot Sauce on top, and gently toss the cauliflower making sure the pieces are coated.
Place the pieces of cauliflower back on the baking sheet and in the oven for 8 minutes.
Plate the cauliflower and serve with extra hot sauce or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
