With a touch of cinnamon and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, you’ll have a nutritious smoothie that’s as satisfying as it is flavorful—perfect for a quick breakfast or snack! Unlike many smoothies, this one skips the ice, giving it a silky, smooth texture, but you can easily add some if you prefer.
Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 organic gala apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- ½ cup whole milk plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 apple wedges
Instructions
- To a blender, add the diced apples, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, milk, and maple syrup.
- If your blender has a smoothie function, use that; otherwise, blend on high for about one minute.
- Divide into two glasses and top with pumpkin pie spice.
- Garnish with a wedge of apple.
