Meet our Cranberry Salad Dressing! With just five pantry staples and less than five minutes of prep, it’s the perfect addition to your next salad.
Its cozy, versatile flavors pair beautifully with a winter salad (we suggest arugula). Once you try it, don’t be surprised if it becomes a staple all season long!
Cranberry Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ cup canned or homemade cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Craisins
- Pistachios
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey.
- Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking; the dressing will begin to emulsify.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Refrigerate for up to one week.
