Cool, creamy, and ready in minutes!
There are some recipes that just belong in your warm-weather rotation, and our Easy Tzatziki is one of them. Made with just five simple ingredients, including creamy Greek yogurt, fresh dill, and crisp cucumber, it comes together in minutes and tastes like something you’d find at a little seaside restaurant you never want to leave. Whether you’re hosting a cookout, building a mezze spread, or just looking for something fresh to keep in the fridge all week, this is the recipe that always shows up and delivers.

The best part? Tzatziki is one of those rare things that works for just about everything. Scoop it up with warm pita, spoon it over roasted veggies, or use it as a lighter, brighter swap for mayo on wraps and sandwiches. We especially love serving it alongside our Pinwheel Beef Kabobs!

It stores beautifully in the fridge for up to three days, which means you can make it ahead and have it ready whenever you need it.
