Meet our Honey Bee Day Dressing! This 5-ingredient dressing was expertly crafted in our Test Kitchen and strikes the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and creamy — thanks to the addition of Greek yogurt, which makes it extra creamy.

Honey Bee Day Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, we used whole milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp coarse black pepper
- Your favorite greens
- Halved grape tomatoes
Instructions
- In a medium size mixing bowl add the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey and lemon juice. Whisk to combine.
- While whisking, add the extra virgin olive oil. Then the Kosher salt and black pepper. Whisk again.
- Serve on top of your favorite greens.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Whisk, or, if stored in a jar, shake to combine before serving.
