1) Push-Ups 15-25reps
2) Superman 8 Breaths
3) Plank -Elbow to Knee 20x
4) Pilates Swimming 8 Breaths
5) Push-up to Side Plank
6) Lat Pulls 8 to UpDog 4Breaths
7) Plank Up Downs with Core Rotation 8R & 8L
8) Back Row to Back Fly Combo
9) Rotating Overhead Shoulder Press
10) Tricep Kickbacks
