The holidays are almost here, and that means life gets very busy! Today I’m sharing with you guys some easy and nutritious meal ideas for your family!
Ginger Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 10 oz. of your favorite mixed greens and shredded cabbage
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except the olive oil) in a small mixing bowl. Slowly begin to pour the olive into the bowl of ingredients using a whisk to incorporate it into the dressing.
- Pour the desired amount of dressing over the greens and shredded cabbage mix.
