Salmon + A Sandwich: 2 Simple Holiday Meals

The holidays are almost here, and that means life gets very busy! Today I’m sharing with you guys some easy and nutritious meal ideas for your family!

Ginger Dressing

Servings 4

Ingredients

Dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 3/4 cup olive oiL
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup water
Salad
  • 10 oz of your favorite mixed greens and shredded cabbage

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except the olive oil) in a small mixing bowl. Using a whisk, slowly pour olive oil incorporating it into the dressing.
  • Pour desired amount over the greens and shredded cabbage mix.
