It's not summer without a pitcher of iced lemonade!
This recipe couldn’t be simpler — Just three ingredients for a refreshing lemonade you can feel good about serving because you know exactly what’s in it! The key to this drink is blending the fresh lemon juice and honey together first. Once they are well combined, add the water and blend again. The result is the smoothest, freshest lemonade we’ve ever tasted.
Not only is it delicious and non-alcoholic, but it also makes a fantastic mixer for Pantanlones Organic tequila if you want to spice things up for a cocktail hour!

- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice, about 5 large lemons
- ⅓ cup honey
- 4 cups cold water
- Lemon wheels for serving
- Mint
Instructions
- Juice the lemons and strain to remove any seeds. Add to the blender.
- Add the honey to the blender and use a medium-high speed to blend the lemon juice and honey for about one minute.
- Add the water to the blender and blend on a low speed.
- Pour into a pitcher and chill for a couple of hours.
- Serve over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and spring of mint.
