4 Ingredient High-Protein Chocolate Mousse

Healthy dessert that actually tastes like dessert? Yes, please! This chocolate mousse is made with cottage cheese (trust us on this one), so it’s high in protein and super creamy. Just 4 simple ingredients, no refined sugar, and totally hits that sweet tooth without messing with your goals.


Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or treating yourself, this mousse is sure to impress. Whip it up in minutes and let us know WOT you think!

4 Ingredient High-Protein Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on medium speed until the mixture is very smooth; you may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of milk to help with blending, if necessary.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up further.
  • Top with whipped cream or yogurt and garnish with shaved chocolate.
