If you need something fresh, flavorful, and ready in almost no time, this five-minute chickpea dip is your answer. Creamy chickpeas blended with parsley, lemon, garlic powder, cumin, feta, and a pinch of cayenne come together into a dip that tastes bright, herby, and just a little addictive.


Serve it with warm pita, fresh veggies, or alongside grilled meats for an easy flavor boost that works for everything from casual snacking to last-minute entertaining.

5-Minute Chickpea Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chive, sliced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1 lemon zested
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Crumbled feta
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Add an extra tablespoon of olive oil and a splash of water, if needed, to reach the desired consistency.
- Garnish with crumbled feta and chopped parsley.
- Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables.
