Cilantro Lime Infused Oil
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine the first 7 ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Slowly add the olive oil in a thin stream while whisking together. The oil will slightly emulsify. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one week.
- Use on grilled chicken, steak, or our curry cauliflower.
