Meet our Roasted Curry Cauliflower, a simple yet flavorful twist on classic roasted cauliflower. The mild sweetness of the cauliflower meets the earthy, aromatic warmth of curry, making it perfect for this season.
Not only is this recipe delicious, but it also comes together quickly and is easy to make. For an extra burst of flavor, we suggest drizzling it with our Cilantro Lime Infused Oil before serving.
Roasted Curry Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 Large head of cauliflower, cleaned and chopped into florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp curry powder (use your favorite)
- ½ tsp Sea salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add the cauliflower florets to a large roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter—season with sea salt, black pepper, and curry powder. Toss to combine and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, toss, and return to oven for another 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Plate and top with fresh chopped cilantro.
- *Our cilantro lime-infused oil goes perfectly with the curry cauliflower, too.
