Holiday entertaining isn’t complete without a festive cocktail, and this recipe for a Cranberry Aperol Spritz from @join_jules checks all of the boxes! Her twist on the traditional Aperol Spritz is light and refreshing and of course, festive. We love how the tart cranberry syrup compliments the citrusy Aperol — Combine that with rosemary and dried orange garnish and you have yourself a full-blow holiday cocktail!
Fun tip from Jules: If you are serving cranberry sauce, you can use the residual syrup that accumulated at the bottom of your sauce!
Cranberry Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 3 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Prosecco
- ½ oz Cranberry syrup
- Soda Water or Sparkling Water
- Ice
- Rosemary + Citrus Wheel
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a glass with ice.
- Mix together and garnish!
