Holiday entertaining isn’t complete without a festive cocktail, and this recipe for a Cranberry Aperol Spritz from @join_jules checks all of the boxes! Her twist on the traditional Aperol Spritz is light and refreshing and, of course, festive. We love how the tart cranberry syrup compliments the citrusy Aperol.
Combine that with some fresh cranberries, dried orange garnish and a sprig of thyme and you have yourself a full-blow holiday cocktail! Optional to do a sugar rim if you’re really wanting to up your presentation game!
Fun tip from Jules: If you are serving cranberry sauce, you can use the residual syrup that accumulated at the bottom of your sauce!
Cranberry Aperol Spritz
- 3 oz. Aperol
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- ½ oz. cranberry syrup
- soda water or sparkling water
- rosemary + citrus wheel
- Add all ingredients into a glass with ice.
- Mix and garnish with rosemary and citrus wheel!
