All you need is a few ingredients for this easy and delicious snack!
If you’ve been craving a quick and satisfying gluten-free snack, these Easy Gluten Free Bagel Bites are a must-try! Perfectly chewy and loaded with flavor, they’re great served with your favorite cream cheese spread or enjoyed on their own.
We discovered that refrigerating the dough for about 20 minutes made it easier to shape it. To control the seasoning, we rolled the dough using a small ramekin and sprinkled just the right amount as we went.
Whether you’re preparing a snack platter, a light breakfast, or an anytime treat, these bagel bites are guaranteed to impress!
Easy Gluten Free Bagel Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2-3 tbsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and almond flour. Fold them together until the dough reaches a nice consistency. The dough will be sticky.
- Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop enough of the dough using a spoon to roll it into a 1 ½” ball. Repeat.
- Lightly roll each ball in the Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 minutes or until the bagel bites are golden brown.
- Cool completely and serve with your cream cheese spread.
