It’s not like they don’t deserve it, on the contrary – I want you to urge your kids to show some gratitude for that father figure in their life, and do something extra special for them this year.
And I’m not just talking about giving them some money to get them a present. That’s not that special. What I want to share with you are some last-minute practical and thoughtful. DIY ideas that I had the pleasure of testing out myself. The best thing about them – they are also great as last minute Father’s Day Gifts for those who haven’t got the chance to take your kids shopping in time.

Men’s DIY Tie & Other Cool Ideas
This is definitely a throwback video that you’ll love! I made this short video which features quite a few amazing DIY craft ideas for birthday gifts a while ago, and this was the first thing I remembered when I started thinking about Father’s Day.
DIY ties! All you need is some fabric paint, it can be in spray or any other type that you find, just make sure that they are safe for kids. I know that your kids will love to play around and design their own tie for their dad!

DIY Tea-Mug
I remember being asked to do this video, and I had a lot of fun making it! We filmed this for Kindness Day, and I made some really tasty healthy snacks! What a surprise, right? We had fun making healthy pizza and strawberry granola yogurt bark, but I also made some crazy cool tea mugs! Although, if you also make him some of these snacks, he will probably love those as well.
It’s a super simple DIY project, and once again – your kids will definitely enjoy making these, you just need to make sure that you use your dad’s favorite color!

I really like how mine turned out, and one more thing that is great about decorating porcelain mugs – you can always use some nail polish remover on a cotton ball to clean your mug if you’re not happy with your design.
