Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango pulp (canned) or 1 ½ cups frozen chopped mango
- 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt
- ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
- 2 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp ground cardamon (Optional)
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk to thin it out.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve.
