Buffalo Cottage Cheese Celery Bites
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of celery, washed and cut into pieces
- 1 cup (250 g) cottage cheese
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt or Sour Cream
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- Crumbled Blue Cheese (Optional)
- Cayenne Pepper or Paprika (Optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Taste the mixture and adjust ingredients as needed.
- Arrange the cut celery pieces on a serving plate and spoon the buffalo cottage cheese mixture into the celery pieces. Top with a little cayenne pepper or paprika for color, and finish with a few pieces of crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Any extra buffalo mixture can be placed in a serving cup and surrounded with unfilled celery pieces for easy dipping.
- Serve immediately.
