No Mayo Cowgirl Dressing
Ingredients
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium lime, juiced
- ½ cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the oil and whisk to combine.
- Add the lime juice, gently whisk to combine, and then add the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir to incorporate.
- Add the cilantro, stir, and season to taste with a black pepper and salt if needed.
