Who does celebrating better than Las Vegas?
When we were seeking out a new cocktail (or two) just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, Juyoung Kang Lead Bartender at The Dorsey at The Venetian Las Vegas came to our rescue.
Juyoung has shared with us two great cocktail recipes perfect for getting into a festive Irish mood. Both drinks can be found at the at The Dorsey at The Venetian Las Vegas.
Patty's Brew
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jameson Caskmates
- 0.5 oz Licor 43
- 0.5 oz Amaro Ciociaro
- 1.5 oz Cold Brew coffee
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice, shake and strain into a glass
Dubliner Express
Ingredients
- 1 oz Jameson Caskmates
- 0.25 oz Giffard Banana
- 0.25 oz Caffe Lolita
- Coconut Cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except coconut cream) into a mixing tin with ice, shake and strain into a chilled shot glass
- Top with coconut cream float
