Meet our WOT Grilling Marinade, your new summer staple! This quick, flavor-loaded marinade keeps chicken and beef unbelievably tender and juicy with a balanced hit of savory herbs, bright citrus, and a touch of sweetness.
Perfect for laid-back weeknights or full-blown backyard feasts—one taste and everyone will be back for seconds.
WOT Grilling Marinade
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp tamari or low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Dash of Kosher salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the tamari or soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, a dash of Kosher salt, and a couple of turns of fresh cracked black pepper.
- Optional: Reserve ¼ cup of the marinade and refrigerate. Brush or drizzle the reserved marinade over the meat after it is grilled
- Pour the remaining marinade over the beef or chicken and let marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Dispose of the marinade that was in the bowl with the meat.
- Grill your beef or chicken.
