Meet your new go-to gluten free app for the holidays. These Sweet Potato Sliders are easy, beautiful, and so good that even the non GF crowd will be all over them. They’ve got that sweet and savory thing going on, plus they look way fancier than the effort it takes to make them.

All you need is a quick roast, a few simple toppings, and you’ve got a festive bite that works for any get-together. Honestly, they’re good enough to keep around all year. If you make them, don’t forget to show us, we love seeing what you’re cooking.

Gluten Free Sweet Potato Sliders
Ingredients
- 2 Sweet potatoes (skin on), scrubbed, dried, and ends trimmed
- Olive Oil spray
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- 1 log (4oz.) plain goat cheese, room temperature
- ¼ cup pecans, crushed
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a sheet pan with olive oil.
- Slice sweet potatoes into ¼” thick rounds. Place on a sheet pan and spray the tops of the sweet potato rounds with olive oil spray—season with Kosher salt.
- Place in the oven and cook until fork-tender, 30 -40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.
- Working one at a time, spread each sweet potato round with goat cheese and place it on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with crushed pecans, dried cranberries, and chopped mint leaves.
- Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and serve.
