One of my go-to snacks is this Baked Edamame!
BAKED EDAMAME SNACK
Ingredients
16 ounce bag of frozen, shelled edamame
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 pinches of flake salt
2 Tablespoons of your favorite seasoning **I like steak seasoning!
Directions
Pre-heat broiler or oven to 450 degrees.
Place all shelled edamame on baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the edamame, add the salt and your favorite seasonings.
Use your hands to toss the edamame.
Cook for 10 minutes in oven then remove.
Gently shake the baking sheet to remove the edamame.
Return to oven and cook for another 10 minutes.
