Camila’s good friend and nutritionist, Rachel Beller, shares her recipe for a sweet treat! This recipe is not only delicious, but it is also vegan and gluten-free. Best yet, it also helps you de-bloat it doesn’t get much better than this, does it?
Banana Matcha Nice Cream
Equipment
- high power blender, or hand immersion blender
Ingredients
- 4 frozen sliced bananas
- 1-1/2 tso. matcha powder
- 1 tbsp. cacao nibs or powder topping
- *Optional - while blending add a splash of milk (almond or other)
Instructions
- Blend the frozen bananas and matcha powder until semi-smooth in a high-powered blender or using a hand immersion blender.
- Divide evenly into 4 serving bowls.
- Top with cacao nibs when serving.
