Camila’s good friend and nutritionist, Rachel Beller, shares her recipe for a sweet treat! This recipe is not only delicious, but it is also vegan and gluten-free. Best yet, it also helps you de-bloat it doesn’t get much better than this, does it?

Banana Matcha Nice Cream

Servings 4


  • high power blender, or hand immersion blender


  • 4 frozen sliced bananas
  • 1-1/2 tso. matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs or powder topping
  • *Optional - while blending add a splash of milk (almond or other)


  • Blend the frozen bananas and matcha powder until semi-smooth in a high-powered blender or using a hand immersion blender.
  • Divide evenly into 4 serving bowls.
  • Top with cacao nibs when serving.
Serving size: ¾ cup Vegan, Gluten-free
