We are huge fans of easy recipes that can be made ahead of time! So when we saw this recipe for Banana Popsicles from Mariana Kattab at Sabor Con Amor, we knew it was one we HAD to share with you all.
WOT we love about this recipe: It is easy to make substitutions and modifications! For example, if you prefer to use a different nut butter or accouterments, you can easily swap them in.
- 4 Bananas
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate melted
- 1 cup Peanuts
- Slice banana in half and place each half on a popsicle stick.
- Dip the banana in peanut butter then roll the combination in peanuts. Freeze the popsicles on a tray for 15 minutes.
- Dip the frozen popsicles in melted chocolate and freeze again until solid.
