Classic Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2½ tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add in mustard, vinegar, and whisk in oil in a light stream. And a dash of salt and pepper, and taste. Adjust seasonings as needed.
