A versatile and easy-to-make side dish!
Meet our Coconut Rice! Perfectly fluffy and infused with the rich, creamy essence of coconut milk, this dish pairs beautifully with a variety of mains, but we love it most with our Mongolian Beef Lettuce Wraps.
With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you’ll have a fragrant, slightly sweet, and delightfully satisfying dish that’s sure to impress.
Coconut Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1½ cups canned unsweetened coconut milk (about one 13.5 oz. can)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups white or jasmine rice
Instructions
- Add water, coconut milk, and salt to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then stir in rice.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork.
