Here at Women of Today, we are huge homemade dip lovers, and what goes better with a tasty dip than Easy Grilled Pita? We love how the grill brings out a charred and smokey flavor! This simple yet flavorful recipe is perfect as a light snack with a dip or as an addition to a meal.
These are great with any dip, but we recommend trying it with our Roasted Eggplant Dip for the ultimate summer appetizer!
Easy Grilled Pita
Ingredients
- 5 Pitas
Instructions
- In a hot skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, add one pita at a time and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown, deep golden brown, or a little charred on the edges.
- Remove the pita from the skillet and, on a cutting board, slice it in half and then continue to halve until you have eight triangles from one pita.
- Repeat on the remaining pitas.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Remove refrigerated pita triangles 15 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
