Equipment
- small food processor
Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 1 cup chilled Prosecco
- 2 slices of peach
- 2 sprigs of mint
Instructions
- Peel, pit, and puree your peaches with a small food processor. The riper the peaches, the sweeter and creamier the puree will be.
