Gourmet Dinner Rolls with Sundried Tomato and Basil
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped and loosely packed
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove the biscuit dough from the can. Cut each one of the dough rounds into six pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped sundried tomatoes, chopped basil, and shredded cheese, and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the mixture.
- Using your hands, gently toss the mixture to combine all the ingredients evenly.
- Divide the mixture among six muffin holes in a muffin pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls puff up and are evenly golden brown.
- Let cool in the muffin pan for a minute, then serve.
