This smoothie is a total win... Healthy and oh-so-fast to make!
Today we welcome to WOT @livehealthywithlexi who is sharing with us her Holy Grail Green Smoothie. The nutrient-packed smoothie has only a few ingredients, takes about five minutes to put together, and is actually filling!
Whip it up for breakfast or lunch or enjoy it as a post-workout snack. You can also make it with a mint chocolate flavor by using chocolate protein powder and a few drops of mint extract.
The Holy Grail Green Smoothie
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 handfuls spinach (as much as you want really)
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- sprinkle of cinnamon if you’re feeling fancy
- Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend, and enjoy!
