5 Ingredient Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 small lime, juiced
- Kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all the solid ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
- Juice a lime over the ingredients and season with Kosher salt.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
