This week we took to the Test Kitchen to bring you this vibrant and delicious Green Goddess Dip. This recipe has stood the test of time for nearly a century. With just six ingredients, including green onions, garlic, dill, lemon juice, Greek yogurt, and avocados, this dip offers a burst of flavor that will surely be a crowd-pleaser!
Simply blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, adjust the seasoning, and garnish with sliced green onions. Pair it with carrot sticks, zucchini, and radish slices for a tasty and nutritious snack!
6 Ingredient Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients
- 2 green Onions, white and green, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 avocados, roughly chopped
- Kosher Salt
- Green part of a green onion, sliced
- Carrot sticks
- Zucchini slices
- Radish slices
Instructions
- Place green onions, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and yogurt into a small food processor. Pulse a couple of times to chop the dill and onions well.
- Add the chunks of avocado to the food processor and using a spatula, press the avocado even in the processor bowl. Season with a pinch of Kosher salt and process until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust as needed with Kosher salt.
- Garnish with green parts of the green onions and serve with your favorite cut veggies.
