Pickle lovers, this one’s for you. This Viral Pickle Cheese Bread has been making the rounds online, and it’s easy to see why. Think soft, golden bread with melted cheese, a splash of pickle juice baked right in, and thin slices of dill for crunch. It’s tangy, savory, and shockingly good!
This recipe is gluten-free, full of flavor, and guaranteed to get people talking. Pickle fan or not, you’ll understand why it’s trending after one bite!

Viral Pickle Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 8 Thinly sliced Pickle spears
- ¾ cup shredded cheese (we used mozzarella)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Blot pickle slices with a paper towel to remove moisture.
- On the parchment paper, divide the cheese into two mounds and create a rectangular shape for each. Make sure the cheese is covering the parchment well. You need even coverage so that when it bakes, it produces uniform “slices”.
- Lay the pickles on top of the shredded cheese, about 3-4 slices on each of the rectangle-shaped cheese shapes.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has golden brown edges.
- Let the wraps/bread cool completely before assembling your favorite sandwich.
