Who doesn't love a variety of dips for their football parties?!
We know you have the staples of a football party, and we don’t even need to mention to you what they are, but we wanted to share this dip that is healthier than your average football party dip. Your friends and family will love this healthier-for-you dip!
Herbed Feta Dip
Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 6 oz. feta
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped plus torn sprigs for serving
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- olive oil, for drizzle
Instructions
- Blend feta and a splash of water (we used about 1/8 cup) in a food processor.
- Transfer to a medium bowl and stir in parsley, mint, and chopped dill; season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with dill sprigs.
- Serve with cut vegetables, tortillas, or pita chips.
