Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature 
  • tbsp local honey
  • tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add the room-temperature butter to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Note that butter needs to be soft for best results.
  • Pour the honey on top of the butter.
  • Using a fork, combine the butter and honey and mix well.
  • Add the Kosher salt and mix again.
  • Spoon into a small ramekin dish.
  • The butter can be used immediately or stored in the refrigerator and covered for a week. 
  • Bring to room temperature before serving. We recommend removing the butter for 2 hours before serving.
