Pear and Pomegranate Salad

Today I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite salad recipes! This Pear and Pomegranate Salad is great alongside any meal!

9 oz spinach salad

2 ripe pears (sliced)

Pomegranate 3/4 cups

Dressing

Mix all ingredients together

Dijon mustard 1 tsp

Honey 1 1/2 tbsp

Pitch salt and pepper

Apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup

Olive oil 3 tbsp

Walnuts or pecans 2/3 cups

Feta cheese 3 oz

Add salad with dressing
