Today we are sharing with you guys one of Camila's favorite salad recipes
This Pear and Pomegranate Salad is great alongside any meal and can be paired with just about anything.
Feel free to add some protein on top, or serve on the side of a main course like our Three Ingredient Baked Salmon.
Pear and Pomegranate Salad
Ingredients
- 9 oz spinach salad
- 2 ripe pears (sliced)
- 3/4 cups pomegranate seeds
- 2/3 cups walnuts or pecans
- 3 oz feta cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, sliced pears, pomegranate seeds, walnuts and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing.
- Toss the salad and enjoy!
