3 Ways to Use Your Thanksgiving Leftovers

Discover the story
Turn leftovers into something you actually want to eat.

If your fridge is overflowing the day after Thanksgiving, you’re not alone. This is the time to get creative, keep things simple, and turn those leftovers into meals you’ll actually look forward to. We pulled together three easy ways to reinvent your turkey and stuffing so nothing goes to waste and everything tastes just as good as day one.

Try one, try all, and don’t forget to show us what you end up making. We always love seeing your kitchen creations.

Meet our Crunchy Stuffing Bites: We have combined our favorites, stuffing, and cranberry sauce, for the most delicious appetizer or snack. We used leftover Spinach Stuffing to make this recipe, but you can use whatever stuffing you make for the holiday. And of course, this doesn’t have to be done with leftovers! They make for a delish pre-dinner appetizer at your Friendsgiving. GET THE RECIPE HERE

One Pot Leftover Turkey and Vegetable Soup: Many people make turkey soup with their leftover turkey and if you have ever wondered if it’s hard to do, we have got you. Turns out, making a delicious and nutritious turkey soup isn’t difficult at all. GET THE RECIPE HERE

Turkey Tetrazzini: The perfect post-thanksgiving recipe! Inspired by a classic Giada Delaurentis recipe, we’ve recreated it with a better-for-you twist. Last year, community member Robbie D. from Nashville requested this recipe right after Thanksgiving, and we knew we had to bring it to life for everyone this year! GET THE RECIPE HERE

Enjoy!
