We have found the perfect holiday appetizer that is just as festive as it is delicious!
Sometimes the most fun and festive appetizers are the easiest to create, and these Holiday Goat Cheese Cranberry Pecan Balls from Genevieve LaMonaca check all of those boxes! This is one of those recipes that makes you think, “Why didn’t I think of that!” because it is so simple and SO delicious.
WOT we love about his recipe: It is super versatile, so you can substitute different ingredients to make it your own. PLUS, it comes together and very little time.
Holiday Goat Cheese Cranberry Pecan Balls
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sweetened dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup toasted pecans
- 1 tsp dired parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 8 oz goat cheese log
- 16 rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Start by finely chopping the dried cranberries and pecans.
- Add dried parsley, salt and pepper to the chopped cranberries and pecan mix.
- Divide goat cheese into 16 equal parts and roll into balls. Once you have formed balls with the goat cheese, roll them in the cranberry and pecan crumb mixture.
- Lastly, skewer each cheese ball with a rosemary sprig for an extra festive touch.
