These No-Bake Coconut Peanut Butter Oat Bites are not only simple to make, but they also contain just six ingredients, making them a perfect choice for those who want to create something delicious with minimum effort! Made with honey, they are a healthier alternative to sugar-laden snacks and can be enjoyed guilt-free. Serve them as an afternoon snack or as a light dessert after dinner.

No-Bake Coconut Peanut Butter Oat Bites
Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup quick cooking dry oats
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¾ cup shredded coconut (pulsed on food processor)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Add the ½ cup of shredded coconut, the quick cooking dry oats, and mini chocolate chips. Stir well and refrigerate for one hour.
- Shape the mixture into small bites, about 1” round. Roll the bites into the chopped coconut to cover.
- You can serve immediately or refrigerate in a container for 7 days.
