Cocktail Hour: St. Paddy in the Tropics

Discover the story
Ditch the green beer this St. Paddy's Day and go with something a little more fun!

St. Patrick’s Day is coming right up, and instead of just going for typical drinks like whiskey or beer this March 17th, we thought we would come up with a much more interesting drink option for you. So, we turned to our friend, the Liquid Chef Rob Floyd, and asked him to create something for us … And what he came up with does not disappoint! Rob made a delicious and festive St. Patrick’s Day cocktail that will please any Irish palette.  A great mix of both sweet (with pineapple) and tart (with ginger and whiskey), this cocktail is very refreshing and easy to make at home.

Rob is a master mixologist, and has been kind enough to share summer drink recipes with us in the past, you can check them out here.  We hope you all enjoy, and have a great St. Patrick’s Day!
