6 Chicken Recipes We Make On Repeat

Discover the story
If you're like us, chicken makes it onto your grocery list often, but it can get boring.

Chicken can get boring, but it doesn’t have to be. Today we wanted to share with you six chicken dishes that the team at WOT tends to make on repeat. Each of these dishes are tasty and flavorful and we are willing to bet they will become a part of your weekly meal roatations too!

Easy Chicken French — ‘Chicken Francese’ (or Chicken French) is actually not French at all! It’s is a derivation of a traditional Italian dish that was originally made with veal. It is an Italian-American creation that has become restaurant-popular in the New York region. Traditionally, this dish is pan-cooked crispy chicken in a light lemon sauce and is often seen on restaurant menus. It’s a super easy chicken recipe to make at home AND, it can be on the table in just about 20 minutes. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Sweet and Savory Chicken Venezia — This recipe is unlike any other chicken dish we have whipped up in the WOT Test Kitchen. It was inspired by a dish from New York City’s iconic Italian restaurant, Patsy’s (which has been around since 1944!). It combines two staples that you might not have thought to put together, yellow onions and balsamic vinegar. This sweet and savory combination makes a sauce that accompanies this chicken perfectly and is bursting with flavor. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs —  This is a very easy recipe to follow, and the flavors are an impressive combination of sweet, savory, and bold (thanks to the ginger and garlic). This recipe can be done with chicken breasts as well,  but thighs are easier to work with because of their size and the dark meat is also more tender. If you do use breasts, we suggest cutting them in half. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Lemon Chicken Orzo Easy One Pot Meal — We know you appreciate healthy, tasty, and budget-friendly meals and this Lemon Chicken Orzo One Pot fits right in. The prep for this one pot recipe comes together in about 20 minutes and then you bake it for 35-40 minutes in the oven. The whole thing goes from oven to table in about an hour and has very minimal cleanup (which is what we absolutely love about a one pot meal). GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Crispy Chicken with Lemony Romaine Salad — This Crispy Chicken with Lemony Romaine Salad is an oven-fried recipe, so all you need is a sheet pan and rack that fits inside or over the pan… And in less than half an hour, you are going to have crispy oven-fried chicken tenders. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Sheet Pan Chili Chicken with Vegetables — We whipped up this Sheet Pan Chili Chicken with Vegetables and it did not disappoint! Not only is it delicious, it is all made in two pans which means easy cleanup. This dish is very easy to make, it looks beautiful, and is packed with flavor. You can serve this on its own or if you’re looking for additional serving ideas, you can pair it with your favorite soft tortillas and salsa. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Enjoy!

If you make any of these chicken dishes, be sure to share a photo with us on the WOT Instagram or Facebook! We would love to see them!
