Loaded Hummus

Looking for an easy + healthy appetizer that's packed with protein? We got you!

Straight out of the WOT Test Kitchen this week we are bringing you our incredibly indulgent Loaded Hummus, a satisfying and healthy Mediterranean-inspired recipe you can feel good about eating.

This dip is not only delicious, but it makes for a beautiful presentation on the table at any gathering.

While traditionally served with pita chips or toasted pitas, we’ve opted for a refreshing twist by pairing it with sliced fresh zucchini, but you can add any of your favorite veggies to create a crudité  platter for dipping.

We used store-bought hummus for this recipe, but of course if you want to make your own hummus, we recommend you try our Pesto Hummus recipe.

Loaded Hummus

Ingredients

  • 16 oz store bought hummus
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • ¼ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 Kalamata olives, sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Lime or lemon wedges
For Serving
  • Sliced zucchini
  • Carrot sticks
  • Pita chips or bread

Instructions

  • Place the hummus on a serving dish or board and spread out evenly.
  • Top with tomatoes halves, cucumber slices, kalamata halves, feta crumbles, thinly sliced red onion, chopped dill, fresh cracked black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
