9 Must Make Summer Cocktails

Discover the story
Is there anything better than relaxing with a cocktail (or a mocktail) on a warm summer evening? Something about it just makes every sip that much sweeter!

As self-proclaimed happy hour experts, today we are sharing with you what is on our summer drink menu. Cheers!

Italian Spritz Veneziano — This classic spritz cocktail is a refreshing aperitif that will transport you to a cafe chair overlooking a piazza — And here is the best part: depending on where you are in Italy, there are actually a few different versions of the spritz cocktail to enjoy. One version you may know uses Aperol, and the other one uses Campari. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Poblano Infused Tequila and Blood Orange — Today we are sharing with you this delicious Poblano Infused Tequila and Blood Orange by Bevs By Beverly. A perfectly balanced blend of poblano pepper-infused tequila meets the fresh citrus juiciness of blood oranges to create this fresh and slightly sweet cocktail. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

TheWellNutt’s Skinny Margarita — This recipe is made with fresh-squeezed orange and lime juices, tequila, and an optional topper of soda water – that’s it! Simple, slightly tangy, slightly sweet margarita perfection. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Basil Gimlet — We put our thinking caps on and wanted to bring you a fresh idea to create something delicious with your fresh basil. Meet, our WOT Test Kitchen Basil Gimlet! If you’ve never had one, this one is a must-try. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Camila’s Cosmopolitan — A classic Cosmo recipe that Camila likes to shake up in the summertime when guests pop by for a cocktail. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

2 Essential Margaritas: Lite Coconut + Watermelon — We came up with two extremely delicious recipes (trust us, we tested them…twice): Lite Coconut Margarita and a fresh Watermelon Margarita. Each recipe incorporates fresh fruit and flavors without being too sweet or overpowering. GET THE RECIPES HERE!

Summertime Highball — Meet one of Camila’s go-to summertime cocktails to serve when friends pop by! This one has a nice sweet flavor thanks to the fig jelly rim and ginger ale. And of course, we have ways to make it better-for-you. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Cinco de Mayo Non Alcoholic Margarita — This low calorie margarita recipe has great flavor and since its non-alcoholic, it’s a refreshing option for the kids or guests that prefer non-alcoholic drinks. If you like, it can easily be made into a traditional margarita by adding a shot of your favorite tequila. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Butterfly Tea Lemonade — What an honor to learn how to make this Butterfly Tea Lemonade from the Liquid Chef himself, Rob Floyd. It makes for a beautiful presentation, tastes refreshingly delicious, is antioxidant-rich, and refined-sugar free! GET THE RECIPE HERE!
