Summer is just around the corner and that means it is grilling season!

We love to grill here at Women of Today and to celebrate warmer months we are sharing 5 Great Grilling Recipes. Each of these dishes are easy to whip up, and we have tested (and love) all of them.

From easy grilled shrimp to a Brazilian classic, to one of Camila’s favorite summer entertaining hacks, we suggest you try each of these mouth-watering recipes!

Perfectly Grilled Marriage Saving Salmon —  A delicious caramelized rub on top with crispy skin on the bottom makes for the perfect bite. GET THE RECIPE HERE

Ginger Grilled Peaches — If you’re new to grilling peaches, you must try it. The heat of the grill intensifies the natural sugars in peaches and softens the flesh to create the juiciest and naturally sweet dessert. GET THE RECIPE HERE

Grilled Chicken Skewers with Chimichurri Sauce — We love this classic grilling recipe because of the delish sauce. We figured out a way to make the Chimichurri Sauce go a long way by using some of it, adding more olive oil and voila! It is now part marinade and part sauce! GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Brazilian Grilled Steak Salad and Hearts of Palm Avocado Salad — This one is a Brazilian classic! Camila makes this dish and it has one of her favorite ingredients…. hearts of palm! The flavors in this dish are tropical and delicious and feel like summer. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Easy Grilled Potatoes — Honestly, who doesn’t love potatoes? In the Women of Today Test Kitchen, we are big fans and this week we decided to play around with grilling them. GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp — The warmer months are here, and that means it’s time to break out the BBQ! We love to make this Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp recipe because it is a light and healthy meal, and can be served with a salad, as an appetizer or just eaten on its own! GET THE RECIPE HERE!

Camila’s Grilled Watermelon with Feta and Balsamic Reduction — Camila shares with us of her go-to summer dinner hacks: Grilled Watermelon with Feta and Balsamic Reduction.
